Preface
This manual gives technicians and owners the essential know-how to keep the Wrangler 4560 loader running safely, efficiently and for the long haul.
Section 01 – Introduction covers all critical safety rules, machine I.D. plates, units of measure and master torque charts—read this first before any work begins.
Sections 02–06 drill into each major system in the order you’re most likely to service them:
Engine (belt, filter and component swaps through full engine removal)
Frame (articulation joint repair, lift-arm work, tyre and rim service)
Steering (pressure tests, cylinder rebuilds, pump re-seal)
Hydraulics (drive and boom circuits, schematics, valve settings, hub and brake work)
Electrical (battery to beacon light, plus full wiring diagrams)
Sections 07–10 round things out with cab, HVAC, optional accessories and attachments.
Every task is numbered in the exact sequence to follow, with torque specs, special-tool notes and troubleshooting tables placed right where you need them. Use the contents pages and bold section headers to jump directly to any procedure, saving time on the job.
