    Yes – we provide official factory manuals or equivalent high-quality resources. Our manuals are carefully sourced to ensure they offer the same level of detail, accuracy, and reliability as those provided by the original equipment manufacturers, helping you with precise repairs and maintenance.

    All manuals are provided in high-quality PDF format, which can be viewed on your computer, smartphone, or tablet. You can also print the PDF for your own use.
    For select manuals, we also offer hardcopy (printed) versions that can be shipped to your address – please check the product page or contact us for availability.

    Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive two emails:

    1. “Your order XXXXX has been received!” — sent immediately to confirm your purchase.

    2. “Your order XXXXX is now completed.” — sent within 12 hours, and includes a secure link to download your manual.

    If you don’t see the download email, try the following:

    • Log In to your Account – Check the notes under your account.

    • 📂 Check your spam/junk folder – The email may have been filtered incorrectly.

    • 📧 Check other email accounts – You may have accidentally used a work or alternate email during checkout.

    You will always have access to your purchases.
    For security reasons, the download links we email you are valid for 180 days. After that period, simply reach out to us through our contact form, and we’ll typically provide you with a new download link within just a few hours.

    Due to our small team, we currently do not offer phone support. We’ve found that email and our contact form work best, as they allow us to gather important details and resolve issues more efficiently. This also makes it easier for us to send links, files, and other helpful resources.

    We can offer a refund for a wrong order only if the download has not been accessed or if the hardcopy has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you placed an incorrect order.
