Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This applies to both digital manuals (if provided as downloadable files) and physical products (such as printed books, CDs, or DVDs).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Printed book or hardcopy manual with obvious signs of use
- CD or DVD that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—posting may take some time.
- Contact your bank—there may be additional processing time before the refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for incorrectly placed orders or accidental purchases, whether for digital manuals or physical products.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Digital Manuals
For downloadable digital manuals, once a file has been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund, except in cases of file corruption or technical issues on our part. Please contact us promptly if you experience any issues accessing your digital purchase.
